Vegan Gnocchi Skillet

Ingredients — 4 Servings

  • 500 g Gnocchi
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • as needed Oil
  • 250 g Vegan mince
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 350 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 1 handful Parsley
  • 200 ml Broth
  • 200 ml Soy Cuisine
  • 30 g Nutritional yeast
  • 200 ml Soy milk
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Rosemary
  • as needed Salt
  • as needed Pepper

Instructions

    Mix the gnocchi with paprika powder, garlic powder, and a little oil.

    Then bake the gnocchi in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

    While the gnocchi are baking, sauté the vegan ground meat in a pan.

    Add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
