- 1 medium Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 5 shallots
- 1 head of fresh garlic
- salt

- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

Wash both pumpkins, scoop out the insides, and cut into small cubes with the skin on. Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes and also cut them into cubes.

Peel the shallots and cut them into large pieces. Peel and halve the garlic bulb. It is important to use fresh garlic here!
