Quark Rolls
The delicious rolls are wonderfully fluffy and require no yeast or hours of resting time. They taste best warm from the oven with a bit of butter and jam. You can use seeds or nuts of your choice as a topping!

- 300 g wheat flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 90 ml milk
- 60 ml sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

Then add egg, low-fat quark, sunflower oil, and milk, reserving a little for brushing, and knead with your hands into a smooth dough.

Form equal-sized balls from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and make a cross-shaped incision with a sharp knife.
