- 300 g frozen mango
- 800 g low-fat quark
- 40 g "Cream" Protein More
- 60 ml almond milk
- 150 ml Cremfine cream (19%)
- 9 g Chunky Flavor "Vanilla Perfection"
- 10 pieces ladyfingers
- 10 ml almond milk

Let the frozen mango thaw slightly and then puree it.

Mix the protein powder with the almond milk and then combine well with the low-fat fromage blanc.

Sweeten the fromage blanc mixture with Chunky Flavour or another sweetener of your choice and set aside briefly.

Whip the cream until stiff (optionally with some cream stabilizer) and gently fold it into the fromage blanc mixture.

Place a spoonful of crushed biscuits in each of 4 small bowls.
