Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 g unsweetened almond milk
  • 100 g skyr
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

    Add oats, chia seeds, espresso powder, salt, half of the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to a bowl and mix well. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    In a small bowl, mix the soy yogurt with the remaining maple syrup.
