- 30 g kidney beans

- 25 g avocados
- 75 g cottage cheese↗

Preheat the oven.

Bake the sweet potato in the oven until soft (about 30-40 minutes) and then mash it in a bowl. Warm the rice and mix it with the sweet potatoes.

Sear the ground beef, add kidney beans, season with salt, pepper, and ground meat seasoning, and then transfer it to the bowl with the sweet potatoes.
