  • 500 g small potatoes
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 1 piece cauliflower
  • 2 pieces red onions
  • 250 ml light Hollandaise sauce
  • 50 g light cheese
  • as needed salt
  • as needed pepper

Instructions

    Parboil the potatoes with skin (steam or boil).

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets.

    Slice the onions into strips.

    Place the parboiled potatoes in a baking dish and halve them with a fork without mashing. Season with salt and pepper.

    Distribute the cauliflower florets over the potatoes. The smaller the florets, the faster they cook.
