- 1 piece cauliflower
- 2 pieces red onions
- 250 ml light Hollandaise sauce
- 50 g light cheese

Parboil the potatoes with skin (steam or boil).

Place the parboiled potatoes in a baking dish and halve them with a fork without mashing. Season with salt and pepper.
