Pulled Salmon Burger

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 3 pieces of salmon fillets
  • 0.5 piece of lemon
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard, coarse
  • 2 pieces of burger buns
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 50 g arugula
  • 10 g sprouts

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    First, bake the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the middle rack for 10-12 minutes.
