Spaghetti with Clams

- 500 g clams, in the shell
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 80 ml fish stock
- 125 g spaghetti
- 1 piece lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- 20 g fresh parsley

First, rinse the mussels and place them in a bowl with cold salted water.

Let them soak in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Then drain the mussels, rinse them, and soak them again in fresh cold water for another 10 minutes.

Drain the mussels and set them aside.

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.

Peel and finely chop the garlic, then add it to the pot along with the chili flakes. Sauté for one minute.
