- 450 g Potatoes
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 180 g Carrots
- 120 g Frozen Peas
- 75 ml Milk
- 25 g Tomato Paste
- 20 g Onions
- 10 g Ghee
- 60 g Grated Gouda
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Thyme Spice

Bring the potatoes to a boil in a pot.

While the potatoes are boiling, sauté the ground meat with the onion in ghee.

Add carrots, peas, and tomato paste. Pour in some water and let simmer until everything is cooked through.

Drain the cooked potatoes and mash them with milk and half of the cheese into a puree.
