  • 90 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 100 g ground flaxseeds
  • 70 g sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

    First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Next, add the water and stir until you have a homogeneous mixture.

    Fill the dough into a loaf pan (25 cm) lined with baking paper and let it rest for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight.
