  • 500 g Mixed seafood, frozen
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 40 g Shallots
  • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 360 g Tomatoes
  • 10 g Fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
