Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 300 g chicken mince
  • 20 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 40 g barbecue sauce
  • 0.5 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 13.5 ml olive oil
  • 2 slices cheddar, sliced
  • 120 g tomato
  • 20 g romaine lettuce
  • 2 burger buns

Instructions

    Place ground meat, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce in a large bowl.

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the bowl.

    Chop the parsley and add it as well.
