Salmon Rice Skillet with Broccoli
Skillet dishes are quick and easy to prepare. Additionally, our salmon rice skillet is packed with proteins and vitamins – it’s a little energy booster for dreary days. Ingredients — 1 serving
- 25 g Wild rice
- 150 g Broccoli
- 1 clove Garlic
- 0.25 Chili pepper
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Spring onion
- 2.5 Cherry tomatoes
- 150 g Salmon fillet

- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions.

Divide the broccoli into small florets, wash them, and add to a pot of boiling water.

Boil the broccoli florets for 4 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic cloves and the chili pepper, and sauté them with the olive oil in a large pan.
