  • 120 g light Gouda
  • 100 g light ground beef
  • 40 g reduced-fat Chester cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 5 g mustard
  • 20 g light ketchup
  • 50 g plain yogurt

Instructions
