- 200 g chicken breast
- 220 g rice
- 250 ml cooking cream
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp red pesto
- 1 piece onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 20 g Parmesan
- 1 tsp oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste sweet paprika
- to taste herbs of Provence
- to taste parsley

If not already done, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Sprinkle the chicken with paprika and herbs de Provence and sear it in a pan with a little oil until well-browned, then set it aside.

Now sauté the onion and garlic in the same pan and add the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped sun-dried tomatoes for a quick roast.
