  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece red chili pepper
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 100 g frozen leaf spinach
  • 27 ml olive oil
  • 4 pieces pangasius fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • 0.5 tsp curry powder
  • 0.5 piece lemon
