  • 50 g dates
  • 150 g cream cheese balance
  • 200 g Greek yogurt 0.2%
  • 0.5 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 10 g pine nuts

Instructions

    Mix 100g cream cheese, 40g dates, the yogurt, and all the spices with a blender, allowing the date pieces to retain some texture.

    Gently stir the remaining 50g of cream cheese into the mixture with a spoon.
