  • 2 tbsp spelt whole grain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g flaxseeds, ground
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 8 g baking powder
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 6 pieces egg whites
