- 40 g light yogurt
- 1 piece egg
- 50 g erythritol
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 g baking powder
- 5 g lemon zest
- 30 g cream cheese
- 20 g low-fat quark
- 5 g lemon zest
- 25 g powdered erythritol

Beat the egg with the erythritol until frothy.
