Quick Protein Rice Pudding

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 35 g Basmati rice
  • 220 ml water
  • salt to taste
  • 2 g psyllium husks
  • 30 g protein cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 6 g chunky rice pudding cinnamon

Instructions

    Cook the rice with the water and a pinch of salt in a pot until it is soft.

    If you are using psyllium husks, add them along with 100 ml of water and let everything swell for 5 minutes.

    Add the milk and protein powder to the rice.
