- 35 g Basmati rice
- 220 ml water
- salt to taste
- 2 g psyllium husks
- 30 g protein cream
- 100 ml milk
- 6 g chunky rice pudding cinnamon
Instructions

Cook the rice with the water and a pinch of salt in a pot until it is soft.

If you are using psyllium husks, add them along with 100 ml of water and let everything swell for 5 minutes.
