Crispy Rice Paper Bagels

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 8 sheets rice paper
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml milk
  • as needed oil spray
  • as needed sesame
  • 30 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 30 g chicken breast
  • as needed lettuce

Instructions

    Beat the egg and the milk in a bowl.

    Use 4 rice paper sheets for each bagel. First, dip 2 sheets in the egg-milk mixture and layer them on top of each other, then repeat this with the remaining two sheets.

    Cut the rice paper sheets in a star shape and fold the tips outward to create an opening.

    Place two of the prepared pieces with the folds facing inward on top of each other to form a bagel. Then place them in the air fryer.
