- 1 piece onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g jackfruit, diced
- 4 pieces lime
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 70 ml vegetable broth
- 0.5 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp chili powder

- 1 piece tomato
- to taste fresh cilantro
- 1 piece romaine lettuce
- 60 g radishes
- 10 pieces taco shells

First, peel the onion and garlic, and chop the onion into small pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes for about 2 minutes over medium heat.

Now press in the garlic, mix well with the onion cubes, and sauté for another minute. If necessary, shred the jackfruit with two forks into fine pieces.
