  • 150 g Long-grain rice
  • 200 g Smoked tofu
  • 100 g Peas, frozen
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 1 piece Bell pepper, red
  • 20 g Spring onion
  • 80 g Peanut butter
  • 30 ml Soy sauce
  • 30 ml Lime juice 100%
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 13.5 ml Olive oil
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
