- 600 g ground beef, raw↗
- 1 piece cooking onion, raw↗
- 50 g tomato paste
- 100 g cream cheese preparation < 10% fat in dry matter, with vegetables/herbs
- 150 g mozzarella at least 20% fat in dry matter↗
- 6 pieces high protein tortilla wraps
- 1 tsp olive oil↗
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cooking onion, raw↗
- 1 tsp garlic, raw↗
- 1 tsp oregano, dried

Finely dice the onion.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.

Brown the ground beef in it until it is crumbly.

Add the diced onion and sauté briefly.

Add tomato paste and all the spices, and mix everything thoroughly.
