High-Protein Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 120 g pasta
  • 110 g chicken breast
  • 125 ml oat cream
  • 10 ml soy sauce
  • 4 pieces mushrooms
  • 0.5 piece onion
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 1 handful spinach
  • to taste Parmesan
  • to taste olive oil spray
  • to taste chicken seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste sweet paprika

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

    Season the chicken breast fillet and briefly sauté it in a pan.
