Herb Omelette with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 100 g cucumber
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 30 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • to taste pepper and salt
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 35 g garden cress
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh

Instructions

    First, cut the cucumber and chives into thin slices and rings.
