Frittata with Zucchini, Mushrooms and Feta

- 1 piece onion↗
- 1 piece zucchini↗
- 250 g mushrooms, brown↗
- 8 pieces eggs
- 100 ml milk
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper, ground
- 0 tbsp oil
- 200 g feta
- 10 g chives↗

Halve the onion, peel, and finely dice it. Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, halve it lengthwise, and slice it. If necessary, clean the mushrooms with a paper towel and slice them. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions with zucchini and mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and crumble the feta over it with your hands. Cover the frittata and cook over low heat for about another 10 minutes, until it is browned on the bottom and set on top.
