Ingredients — 2 Servings
- 250 g rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp crispy chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 avocado
- 0.5 cucumber↗
- 3 spring onions
- 10 g edamame
- 10 g parsley↗
- 1.5 tsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 30 ml water
- 3 tbsp peanut butter powder
Instructions

Mix the cooked rice with neutral oil, chili oil, and soy sauce.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Turn once halfway through the cooking time.
