Ingredients — 12 Servings

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 300 g Wheat flour
  • 100 g Neutral protein powder
  • 200 g Lean raw ham cubes
  • 1000 ml Protein milk / Milk alternative
  • 12 tsp Oil

Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, add 300 g flour and 100 g neutral protein powder with a pinch of salt. Add 2 eggs and 1000 ml pea protein drink. Stir until a smooth pancake batter forms.

    Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan and distribute diced ham on the bottom of the pan, briefly sautéing.
