- 8 pieces eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g chicken breast slices
- 25 g Parmesan↗
- 500 g green asparagus↗
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece red onion↗
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 100 ml light Hollandaise sauce
- some oil
Instructions

Cut the onion and chicken slices into small pieces and briefly sauté in a non-stick pan with a little oil.

Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then pour into the pan.

Distribute the cherry tomatoes over the egg mixture, place the green asparagus on top, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
