Creamy Curry Potato Salad

  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 g onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 0 as needed parsley

Instructions

    Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water, then let them cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
