Broccoli Egg Skillet

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut fat
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g feta
  • to taste herbs

Instructions

    Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the broccoli in it.

    Add the onion and the pressed garlic and sauté everything briefly.

    Now add a splash of water and let it simmer until the water has evaporated and the broccoli is still crunchy. Then add the halved tomatoes to the pan.
