Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 150 g Chickpeas
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 300 g Chicken Breast
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 100 g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 0.5 piece Lemons
  • as needed Oil spray
  • as needed Salt
  • as needed Pepper
  • as needed Paprika
  • as needed Chicken seasoning

Instructions

    Blanch the broccoli florets, onion rings, and chickpeas in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
