Beef and Sweet Potato Casserole with Feta

- 3 pieces sweet potatoes
- 1 piece cooking onion, raw↗
- 2 cloves garlic
- 500 g ground beef
- to taste pepper and salt
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g reduced-fat feta
- 100 ml UHT low-fat milk, 1.5% fat, lactose-free
- 1 piece chicken egg yolk, raw
- 120 g mozzarella, at least 20% fat in dry matter
- to taste oregano, dried
Instructions

Peel the sweet potatoes and simmer them in a pot with hot water for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, and add them to a pan.

Add the ground beef, mix, and sauté. Season with pepper and salt, tomato paste, and oregano.

Slice the cooked sweet potatoes and cover the bottom of a baking dish (25.5 x 16.5 cm) with half of the potatoes.
