Asparagus with Fried Potatoes

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0 to taste Pepper and salt
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 750 g Asparagus, white
  • 5 g Dill, fresh
  • 10 g Garden cress
  • 100 g Low-fat quark

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Also, bring a small pot of water to a boil.

    Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and mix with olive oil, pepper, and salt. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
