  • 500 g Chicken Nuggets
  • 400 g frozen peas
  • 125 ml reduced-fat coconut milk
  • 6 sprigs of mint
  • 1 lime

    First, wash 1 lime, grate the peel, and squeeze out the juice. Wash 6 sprigs of mint and shake them dry. Pluck the leaves and chop finely. Prepare the chicken nuggets in the oven according to the package instructions.

    Next, place 400 g frozen garden peas, 125 ml coconut milk, 2 tbsp water, the grated lime peel, and the lime juice into a pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, then cook for about 6 minutes. Stir several times.
