Ingredients — 2 Servings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g brown mushrooms
- 425 g canned black beans
- 1 tbsp light miso paste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- to taste pepper and salt
- 150 g seitan
- 2 slices vegan cheese
- 2 burger buns
- 1 tomato
- 20 g arugula

Preheat the oven to 190 °C.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft.

Drain and rinse the black beans, then add them to the pan along with miso paste, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.

Sauté for about 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
