Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 500 g Spätzle
  • 140 g vegan Landjäger
  • 1 piece onion
  • 100 g vegan grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 150 g silken tofu
  • 350 g soy milk
  • 25 g margarine
  • 60 g nutritional yeast flakes
  • 0.3 piece lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric spice
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp Kala Namak

Instructions

    Mix the silken tofu with the remaining sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth.

    Briefly heat the mixture in a pot while stirring until a cheese-like consistency is achieved.

    Cut the vegan Landjäger into small pieces and fry them in the pan.

    Sauté the onions in the pan until translucent.
