- 1 clove garlic↗
- 470 ml strained tomatoes/tomato puree
- 250 g cottage cheese < 10% fat in dry matter↗
- 14 g Parmesan at least 30% fat in dry matter↗
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 4 pieces lasagna sheets
- 120 g mozzarella↗
