Quesadillas with Tuna and Guacamole

- 150 g raw tuna↗
- 150 g Finello High Protein
- 140 g raw corn↗
- 1 piece raw cooking onion↗
- 2 pieces raw avocado↗
- 50 g raw tomato↗
- 1 piece raw lime↗

Finely chop the onion. Dice a handful of tomatoes into small cubes and let them drain.

Drain the can of tuna and corn. In a bowl, mix the tuna with 3/4 of the tomatoes, half of the onion, the corn, and 150 g of grated cheddar. Season with pepper and salt.

Top 4 wraps with the tuna-cheese mixture and cover with the remaining wraps. Heat a skillet and fry the quesadillas on both sides until the wraps are brown and crispy.
