  • 80 g oats
  • 70 g poppy seeds
  • 30 g ground almonds
  • 250 g applesauce
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 0 as needed vanilla
  • 150 g skyr
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

    Beat the eggs with the applesauce, oats, poppy seeds, almonds, baking powder, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until you have a smooth batter.

    Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan.

    Bake the cake for about 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C top/bottom heat in the oven, until it turns a golden yellow color.
