- 50 g maple syrup

- 20 g vanilla protein

- 100 g poppy seeds
- 30 ml almond milk

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.

Separate the eggs and mix the poppy seeds with half of the maple syrup, almond milk, protein powder, egg yolks, and 150 g of low-fat Quark into a smooth mixture.
