- 3 whole chicken eggs, raw
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 250 ml Alpro
- 0.5 raw onion↗
- 2 raw carrots↗
- 30 g cherry tomatoes
- 20 g spring onions, raw
- as needed chicken seasoning
- 50 g corn starch
- 100 g mozzarella, at least 20% fat in dry matter↗

- 250 g cooked rice
Instructions

Boil the chicken breast in water for 15 minutes and then shred it into small pieces.

Finely dice the onion and carrot.

Mix all ingredients, including the cooked and shredded chicken breast, Alpro Light cream, eggs, diced onion, carrot, halved cherry tomatoes, cooked rice, cornstarch, and chicken seasoning in a bowl.
