Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 300 g low-fat Quark
  • 3 g Chunky Vanilla Perfection
  • 25 g Cremefine for Whipping
  • 3 g cream stabilizer
  • 90 g raspberries
  • 15 g dark chocolate chips light
  • to taste hazelnut nut butter

Instructions

    Heat the raspberries in a small pot until they become a fruity compote.

    Thoroughly mix the low-fat Quark with the Chunky.

  3. 3

    Whip the Cremefine with the addition of the cream stabilizer until stiff and gently fold this mixture into the Quark.

    Pour the resulting cream into a suitable container and place the warmed raspberries on top.
