- 3 g Chunky Vanilla Perfection
- 25 g Cremefine for Whipping
- 3 g cream stabilizer
- 90 g raspberries
- 15 g dark chocolate chips light
- to taste hazelnut nut butter
Instructions

Heat the raspberries in a small pot until they become a fruity compote.

Thoroughly mix the low-fat Quark with the Chunky.

Whip the Cremefine with the addition of the cream stabilizer until stiff and gently fold this mixture into the Quark.
