Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 50 g Melted flakes
  • 30 g Whey protein
  • 20 g Baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp Chunky flavor
  • 130 ml Natural still mineral water
  • 20 g Low-fat quark
  • 20 g Cream cheese preparation natural < 10% fat in dry matter

Instructions

    Mix oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and brownie flavoring in a bowl.

    Add the cold water and stir everything well until no lumps remain.
