- 500 g Low-fat quark
- 3 pieces Eggs
- 80 g Oats
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Blueberries
- 120 g Skyr
- 40 g Honey
- 2 pieces Bananas

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, mash the banana and mix with all the ingredients, except for the blueberries.

Wash the berries, let them drain well, and then fold them into the batter.

Pour the mixture into a suitable ovenproof dish and bake for about 25 minutes.
