Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 300 g cucumbers
  • 35 g spring onions
  • 2 tbsp parsley or cilantro
  • 20 g cashews
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste sweet paprika
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 10 g mayonnaise with yogurt
  • to taste soy sauce
  • 4 g Gochujang
  • 2 g Chunky Flavour Sweet Honey
  • 4 tbsp water
  • to taste sesame
  • 0.5 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    Spray the seasoned chicken with oil spray.

    Cook the chicken for 12 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.

    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl until a smooth mixture forms.
