Superfood Cracker

Ingredients — 20 Servings

  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g flaxseeds
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp cumin (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (optional)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 160 °C (or 180 °C for conventional heat).

    Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add warm water, mix everything well, and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes. It should be thick and moldable afterward.

    Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Place a second layer of parchment paper on top and roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin (or a glass) (about 3–5 mm thick).
