Spinach Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients — 2 Servings

  • 120 g whole grain spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 g Parmesan, grated
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 150 g baby spinach, fresh

Instructions

    First, cook the whole grain spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.

    Now add the butter to the pot, peel the garlic clove, crush it, add it, and sauté in the butter for about 3 minutes.

    Then add the spinach and sauté until it has wilted.
