- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 25 g Parmesan, grated
- pepper and salt to taste
- 150 g baby spinach, fresh

First, cook the whole grain spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander.

Now add the butter to the pot, peel the garlic clove, crush it, add it, and sauté in the butter for about 3 minutes.
